Return Policy

RETURN POLICY:

Unworn and unwashed merchandise (excluding accessories and final sale items) can be returned WITHIN 21 DAYS of your item(s) delivery date. FRANKLY does not offer refunds of any kind, ONLY STORE CREDIT. All returns must be submitted via our customer email franklycustomercare@gmail.com with the following format:

RETURN CRITERIA:
Clothing must be free of make up, perfume, deodorant, animal hair, and any other marks or stains. All tags attached. Stiff brim hats must be sent back in the original box. Shoes must be sent back in original boxes. We will not accept hat or shoe returns that aren't in proper packaging. 
Swimwear must have tags and hygienic liner attached. If an item is returned to us in a non-resellable condition, it will be returned to you at your cost. No exceptions. 


RETURN TIMEFRAME:
Returns must be sent back to FRANKLY HQ within 21 days of your item(s) delivery date.  Please ensure your package will arrive in time. If we do not receive your return within 21 days after it was delivered, it will not be accepted for store credit.

RETURN SHIPPING COST:
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping cost to return your item(s) back to FRANKLY HQ. FRANKLY does not pay for return shipping or handling costs (unless the item(s) arrived damaged or it was a mistake on our part). 
We strongly recommend that you send your return(s) back with a tracking number. We are not responsible for any return packages lost in transit.


STORE CREDIT:
Once we receive your return back at FRANKLY HQ, it will be processed for store credit within 5-7 business days. After your return is processed, you will receive an email with your store credit information. Store credit does not have an expiry date.


REFUNDS:
We do not offer cash or credit/debit refunds. No exceptions. Only store credit is issued.


EXCHANGES:
Due to the fast selling nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges. You are welcome to return your item for store credit to use towards the same item in a different size (if it's available). Otherwise, store credit can be used towards anything else on our website and it never expires.


FINAL SALE ITEMS:
All jewelry, accessories, sale and clearance items are final sale. No exchange or store credit is given. Flash sale promotions are final sale.
